What does mindfulness feel like when we integrate into our everyday experiences?
In this 4 week series, we explore a new set of mindfulness practices each week, and build your toolkit to reduce anxiety, support your mental and physical health, and even increase productivity all through the process of building your self-awareness. There will be guided practice assignments between classes to help us integrate a more full, authentic way of relating to ourselves and others.
What you will take away: - Find more freedom throughout the day by learning what it means to jump into present-moment awareness - Learn different forms of mindfulness practices, both formal and informal, that are accessible and easy to integrate into your busy life - Guidance on how to formally and informally bring mindfulness into your life
