What does it mean to tap into your unique purpose frequency for why you are alive and bring your gifts to the world "from the inside out"? How can defining your purpose and creating goals aligned with it bring you enormous energy, focus, and fulfillment, and even draw the people and situations to you that can help you fulfill it? 

I CREATED THE PURPOSE LAB to HELP YOU DISCOVER YOUR OWN ANSWERS TO THOSE QUESTIONS. 

Be guided through the purpose discovery process and get the toolkit for your next big steps. 

In Module 1 we'll explore your purpose at the level of YOUR truth frequency, and this means accessing your subconscious mind for answers. The whole workshop is informed by my experience as a certified mindfulness trainer, breathwork facilitor, sound/energy healer, and experienced teacher. We'll unlock the realm of possibility within your own imagination with meditations, breathwork, guided visualization, and the power of ceremony.

You will leave Module 1 with your absolutely unique, one-of-a-kind purpose statement, which can serve like a beacon of clarity to guide you through life's turbulences and, more importantly, be a compass to set your course for the more fulfilling life your heart knows if possible for you.

In Module 2 (separate event), you'll learn how to construct exciting, high-gravity goals that light you up from the inside-out and align with your values, then leave with an inspired ACTION plan to begin impacting the world around you with your new sense of meaning and mission. All modules supported by a workbook and asynchronous coaching support.
