The Texas heat…

We completely understand your concern about the heat, but please rest assured that the retreat location is set in a beautiful pecan grove with plenty of shade and breeze, and each cottage is air-conditioned. We also provide fresh water and frequent breaks to help you stay cool and hydrated. In case of extreme heat, we have a general meeting area where you can retreat and dine indoors as needed.

Having a roommate...

We acknowledge that it can be uncomfortable to share a room with a stranger, but it's important to note that these retreats have been known to foster long-lasting friendships and connections. Moreover, you'll have the chance to acquaint yourself with others prior to the start of the retreat, and we trust that fate brings the right people together. Feel free to interact with others in the Facebook group and coordinate room assignments. If you'd rather have your own private space, we do offer a room upgrade option for an added fee, subject to availability.

What you might be wondering about...
Cancellation Policy:

A deposit of $500 is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot in the retreat.

Cancellations made less than two weeks before the retreat start date will not be eligible for a refund.
-
Cancellations made one month before the retreat start date will be eligible for a refund of 50% of the total retreat cost, excluding the deposit.
-
Cancellations made 60 or more days before the retreat start date will be eligible for a refund of all fees paid, except for the deposit.
We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance to protect your investment in the retreat. Please note that we have limited spots available for this retreat and therefore require a strict cancellation policy.

Terms & Conditions:
By registering for our retreat, you agree to our terms and conditions. The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to the retreat start date will not receive a refund. Cancellations made between 4-8 weeks prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund. We recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat in the event of insufficient registration or other unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be given.
